The painting on the cover (Udslidt by H A Brendekilde, if anyone is interested) and the music is in perfect alignment. So much sorrow, so much despair... Right from the start I can feel my soul wither away with each riff. Still, towards the end of the record I can catch little glimpses of hope in the melodies. A beautiful journey in the bleak reality of existence. vilmosomedve
Dead Cross, Retox, and Qui members dish out subversive hardcore with an indignant smirk; come for the riffs, stay for the synth experiments. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 31, 2024
Knockout debut from a Buffalo, New York-based hardcore band who like their riffs sick, their drums fast, and their choruses sticky-sweet. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 28, 2024

This is the sound of post-election US 2020 via Copenhagen, Denmark noise-punk rock. Spot on and intensely cathartic. This music makes me want to channel all of my pent-up anger and tear down the ignorance around us. This would also include informing the same individuals who metaphorically hide their head in the ceiling, like on the album cover, oblivious to the death and destruction all around them. bcb723
